year 2010
In 2010, Cosmelux purchased a new high-vacuum painting and metallization plant.
This plant has the special feature of carrying out the metallization operation in a fully automated manner.
Unique and innovative, this plant enables Cosmelux to increase production capacity and reduce production costs.
This new investment was designed to meet the new quality requirements of the Mass Market and to offer more competitive prices to customers.
year 2015
Starting in 2015, Cosmelux has developed with its best partners a new type of smaller and more versatile plants with high production capacity. These facilities make it possible to reduce changeover times, process any type of item, and provide exceptional value for money.
They are suitable for both painting and metallization, ensuring very high flexibility to respond promptly to all market demands. Since 2015, 4 of these systems have been successfully installed in Cosmelux.

Expertise and experience in the field of U.V. finishing treatments, flexibility, and major investments in technology have made Cosmelux’s continuous evolution possible.
Thanks to the quality of its services and its special attention to the customer, Cosmelux has become a leader in the U.V. surface treatment industry nationwide and is able to compete with the biggest names in the industry worldwide.
THE strategy
The company has implemented a Quality Management System according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and reconfirmed its commitment to environmental sustainability with ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 14064-1:2019.
